Keep track of documentation, procedures and notes in this knowledge-base.

Articles can be structured into different categories in a tree like structure. Or use Wiki like links between articles. Both are possible in the same system, you can benefit from both strategies.

By combining the knowledge base with another template, i.e CRM, you can link your articles directly to the subject they are about. For example: link system documentation directly to a CRMDB object or project documentation directly to the actual project!

Use the publish feature of cards to display specific articles or categories on an internal or external website, thus making knowledge easily available to the outside.


Workflow:

  • Topics
    Shows the top-level categories for the tree of categories that exist.
  • Need work
    Articles that are not yet complete (i.e in draft) or outdated

With cards:

  • Topic
  • Article
  • Bookmark
  • Attachment
